1. Operator and service
The service is operated under the SrMagnus name by an independent translator based in Spain. It provides translated and original reading material, personal reading tools, profiles and moderated community features. Translated novels are published only after permission has been obtained from their author or rights holder.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your identity secure and use only one person’s account. Accounts may be limited or closed for abuse, fraud, evasion of sanctions or serious violations of community rules.
3. Content and access
Chapter access depends on the clearance shown on each chapter. Free samples may be available without a paid rank. Copying, scraping, redistributing or reselling protected chapter text is not permitted except where mandatory law allows it.
4. Community conduct
Do not harass users, post illegal material, spam, impersonate others, disclose private information or interfere with the service. Moderators may remove community material and apply temporary mutes. Only the Translator can access the control room, review moderation tables, manage staff roles or apply permanent bans. Users can edit or delete their own comments and block other members.
5. Paid access
No payment checkout is active in the current private prototype. Before paid access opens, the checkout will show the price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms and any right of withdrawal. Payment processing will be provided by an identified payment provider.
6. Availability
The archive may change, pause for maintenance or remove material when required by law or rights holders. Reading progress and drafts are designed to persist, but users should keep their own authorized source copies.
