Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel future renewals

You can cancel a subscription from Account through the Stripe billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, and no further renewal is charged.

Changing plan

Available upgrades and downgrades are handled by Stripe. The billing portal shows any prorated charge or credit before a change is confirmed.

Digital content and withdrawal

Immediate access to protected digital chapters may affect a statutory withdrawal right where the law permits. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights that cannot legally be waived.

Errors and service failures

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions and material failures to provide purchased access will be investigated. Where appropriate, a correction, access extension or refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Use the Contact page with the account email, Stripe invoice or transaction reference and a short description. Do not send full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
