Future subscriptions
Once payments open, members will be able to cancel future renewals from their account or through support. Access will normally continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Digital content and withdrawal
At checkout, customers will be told whether immediate access to digital content affects a statutory withdrawal right and will be asked for any legally required express consent. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Errors and service failures
Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions and material failures to provide purchased access will be investigated. Where appropriate, a correction, access extension or refund will be issued to the original payment method.
