Saltpans.

It was a small town in the Riverlands, set upon the shores of the Bay of Crabs. Saltpans was a modest trading port. Centuries ago the River King had refused the town a charter, preventing it from growing into a true city. House Cox now ruled the place. Their castle was a tall square keep with a single curtain wall, overlooking the harbour. Shops, inns and alehouses stood near the docks, together with a sept and stables. The townsfolk lived by salt-making and by fishing the narrow sea.
