On December 6, Year 6 of the Galactic Standard Calendar, two severely wounded men—Max Vizsla in a bathrobe and Christopher Wren in a full set of beskar armor—were dug out of the ruins of the Divine Dragon Hotel by New Mandalorian search-and-rescue teams.

If Max had been conscious, he would once again have marveled at the productivity of a highly advanced interstellar civilization. In another world, after the 9/11 attacks, search-and-rescue and site-clearing operations had continued for months. In Sundari, the New Mandalorians had needed only five days to clear most of the ruins of the Divine Dragon Hotel.

Unfortunately, when he was dug out, Max was unconscious and critically injured.
