Chapter 89

On November 27, Year 6 of the Galactic Standard Calendar, when the Consular-class Republic cruiser carrying Max Vizsla and his party dropped out of the Hydian Way hyperspace route near Bandomeer (star chart coordinates: O-6), they happened to pass by a Judicial Department peacekeeping fleet withdrawing from the Mandalore sector.

On November 28, as Max’s party passed through Akiva, they encountered another batch of Judicial Department peacekeeping vessels.

“Bandomeer and Akiva are the gateways in and out of the Mandalore sector,” Max said as he watched the warships of the peacekeeping fleet withdraw. “If we don’t take those two places, I won’t even sleep soundly.”
