“...Regarding the explosion that occurred at the industrial district refinery at noon today, Kang Tao has announced that it will establish a special investigation team and provide all citizens with a proper answer.”

“In addition, citizens are asked not to panic. Under the leadership of Ms. Xu Wanmeng, the female heir of Kang Tao, this explosion has caused no casualties so far. All residents living in the area have been properly resettled and evacuated. Ms. Xu Wanmeng has also strongly stated that all affected citizens will receive the compensation they deserve, ensuring they will not be displaced because of this accident...”

“Due to the leakage of chemical substances from the refinery, the area within ten kilometers of the industrial district will now be classified as a severely affected zone. Unrelated citizens are asked not to enter this area.”
