After dealing with the slight disruption caused by the attempted attack, Karl and the others followed the boarding line into the shuttle cabin.

Inside, the cabin used a classic 2-2 longitudinal layout. The seats were wide and wrapped around the body well, upholstered in some kind of dark gray fabric with a self-cleaning coating. From the look of it, the material was very similar to some of the furnishings Karl had at home.

Once seated, the safety harness automatically slid out from the side of the armrest, fitting snugly over the shoulders, neck, waist, and abdomen, then locking in place with a soft click.
